Our first session deals with two of the newest editions - the on hold status and activity reasons - which can help you manage the service requests that may be open for much longer periods than you'd like. Our second session focuses on custom fields, and how those fields make a difference in how you can collect and report on data. Our third session is about the best ways to incorporate map services.
And, of course, we have two great guests to kick things off (Kirsten Wyatt of ELGL) and wrap things up (Nick Kittle, author and government innovation specialist).
