Prerequisite Learning

There are many levels to learning, and when you work with us, we guide you through a process that's meant to help you more easily grasp the new software and processes you're going to put into place. This is part one.

Students often walk into a learning session without any idea of what they are walking into. To eliminate the "fear factor" of sitting down in front of a computer to work with a software program you've never heard of or seen, we have developed brief videos for our major product lines to give you some background. 

QAlert Prerequisite

QAlert is online software designed to allow your organization to effectively track interactions with the public, manage those interactions, and use the data collected about them to improve services and more smoothly run your government entity.

In this three-minute video, we'll introduce you to QAlert, and you'll start to hear how we talk about it and the things it can do. It's a brief, first exposure to the one of the best pieces of software you'll ever work with.

QContent Prerequisite

QContent is a Web-based software tool that you can use to add, edit, delete, and collect information on your website. It has some features that are built in, and some tools created special for each custom website we design.
